SV 1902 Steam vacuum cleanerr
Kärcher’s SV 1902 steam vacuum cleaners make it possible to clean the home conveniently and in an environment-friendly way using only one machine. These all-in-one steam cleaners, dust collectors and general purpose vacuums are especially suitable for allergy sufferers.
The steam vacuum cleaners can perform every cleaning job without the need for chemicals. They remove loose dirt and caked-on grime quickly and reliably from a wide variety of floor coverings, including carpets and PVC, natural stone and tiled floors. They make floor scrubbers superfluous because they use steam to clean hygienically in a single operation. The hot steam loosens even grease and stubborn stains and the floor nozzle sucks up any dirt immediately. There is no need to wipe the floor afterwards. Four suction settings and five steam flow settings can be regulated independently.
Instead of being sucked into a dust bag, dirt is drawn into a water filter, where it is bound. The con-tainer has an additional capacity of up to 0.6 litres to accommodate any spilled liquids picked up. A coarse dirt filter, a foam filter and a HEPA filter that reliably traps allergenic particles such as pollen, fungus spores, bacteria and mite secretions keep the indoor air clean.
Hot steam at up to 120 °C is generated in a stainless steel boiler that holds 1.2 litres of water. The main difference between the SV 1902 and the SV 1802 models is that the former has an additional reserve tank that can be refilled at any time. Thus there is no need to wait until the boiler cools down and the steam pressure drops.
An extensive range of accessories provides a fitting solution for almost any problem, whether it is cleaning taps, mirrors and tiles or grouting, radiators and indoor plants. One especially practical fea-ture is that the floor, hand or pencil jet nozzle can be used to vacuum up immediately any dirt the steam has dislodged. The lowest steam setting can also be used to freshen up carpets, garments and curtains, while the highest setting can even be used for steam ironing. Two models of iron are available as special accessories.
