Dirt blaster nozzle
All Kärcher high pressure cleaners in the Home & Garden range come standard with a Dirt Blaster nozzle. Compared with a fan jet nozzle, this rotary nozzle increases cleaning efficiency by some 40% and is intended primarily for removing stubborn dirt and stains from surfaces that are not sensitive to pressure.
In the high pressure cleaning process it is not only the size of the pump that determines the cleaning performance but also the design of the nozzle used. The nozzle is responsible for transforming pressurized water into an efficient cleaning jet. In the Dirt Blaster, the nozzle spins at 7,000 rpm to combine the high cleaning power of a solid pencil jet with the large area coverage of a fan jet.
Typical areas in which the Dirt Blaster has proven to be an indispensable aid are moss-covered and discoloured paving slabs, patios, driveways and garden walls. A Dirt Blaster should not be used for cleaning car tyres or paintwork. On the other hand, a Dirt Blaster is ideal for quickly cleaning garden tools such as spades, rakes and wheelbarrows.
