One of the businesses that is found all over the United States but almost non-existent in South Africa is the truck wash. Almost every truck stop on the major highways on the other side of the pond has its own truck wash – its something that is considered quite the norm. There are very few installations in this country though, and those that have been installed have usually been at the behest of a company that has its own large fleet of trucks or buses – in other words they have been privately installed and are the company’s fleet only and not for public use. That’s not to say that the equipment is not available though, because it is.
