A steam cleaner for professional users operates on the same principle as the home steam cleaner but is designed for longer periods of uninterrupted operation.

The total water capacity of boiler and tank is larger than a home steam cleaner and can produce up to 6000 litres of steam for 5 hours of continuous cleaning work without having to refill.  As the separate tank is not pressurized, it can be topped up with water at any time, i.e. there is no need to wait for the boiler to cool down.

With its extensive standard accessories the professional steam cleaner can be used for many cleaning operations in kitchens and sanitary facilities, for cleaning hard and resilient floors, windows, fittings and equipment.  Hot steam dissolves dirt quickly and effectively, no cleaning chemicals are needed.  As both flow rate and moisture of the steam can be infinitely varied, the unit adapts very easily to all sorts of cleaning tasks.  There is a wide choice of optional accessories, such as a steam iron or wallpaper stripper, which further extend the steam cleaner's range of applications.

When the switch is released, steam flow stops instantly (dead-man switch).  When the water level is low, optical and acoustic signals remind the user that the unit needs refilling. In addition, there is an indicator light which goes on when the unit has to be descaled. The heating system is switched off automatically by a thermal cut-out if there is a risk of overheating. The patented safety cap of the steam boiler cannot be opened while the machine is under pressure.
